Well in Scotland this weekend see’s a Derby day in the lower leagues, this one is SFL1 league leaders St. Johnstone taking on 4th place Dundee.

This game always gets the fans going and pulses racing locally when this game comes round. The average attendance of an SFL game is around 2,000 this fixture attracts about 5,000 and no doubt will be pushing 7,000 with the stakes raised in this game. St. Johnstone go into this game with several players injured – Jody Morris, Collin Samuel, Peter McDonald, Kevin James, Gary Irvine and Andy Jackson all who would have been in with a shout for a start. To combat this Saints have brought in Richie Byrne on loan from Inverness Caley Thistle and have signed Graham Barrett from Falkirk.  A Win for saints in this game would put them 9 points clear of the pack. I am going to predict a 3-1 win for Saints and 6,843 attendances with Barrett scoring first. Match Review to follow

It is with quite some debate proving to be an ongoing issue in FML, the initial rush to sign good players or players whom will become good. Then the price hiking begins. So far I have found myself refusing to profiteer from the insane prices some managers elect to put good players (note good not great) at. This is a problem that infests all of the FML Game worlds and at least for now I have no answer as to how to deal  with said problem. For me it's a moral issue, should I try and sell a player with good stats2 or 3 times more than his actual market value just because I think he is either going to get better in the future or because I am eyeing up a big transfer and require obscene funds to provide for it?

Coca Cola Championship LogoWith the days now starting to get longer it can mean only one thing. January transfer sales! We are now only days away from transfer deadline day, the most important day of the year for Sky Sports News (well at least till the next one). Here I take a look and give my own slightly biased views on who may be leaving the championship to enjoy mid table obscurity with the Premiership's lesser teams.
